My Yoga journey started as a physical one. After many years in the fitness industry teaching mainly cardio and strength based programs, I was drawn to Yoga to try to balance things out .
Coming from a dance background, I connected very quickly with the movement, creativity and freedom that Yoga provides and not long after beginning my Yoga journey I fell in love with how it made me feel.
I wanted to share this feeling with as many people as I could, so I completed my Teacher Training with Being Yoga.
The more I practice on the mat , the more I grow and learn in life.
Life is full of beautiful lessons and for me Yoga is the perfect teacher.
I have found that learning to connect with my breath and practicing being present has given my the tools to not only overcome difficulties that can pop up in life... But also enjoy the joyful and happy moments more fully.
