Jess Jasch

Inspired by the benefits she's personally experienced from yoga, Jess' goal as a teacher is to create a safe and judgment-free space for her students of any level to recharge, reconnect with themselves and practice the gentle flow of physical movement connected with breath. Through this, allowing her students to find a release from physical tension that can be so distracting in our lives and a place within that allows for more mental peace and clarity. 

Coming from a corporate background, Jess brings back the idea of gentleness towards ourselves in our lives. Jess believes yoga is about personal empowerment, in whatever way that resonates with you, and that it opens you up and allows you to receive what you need from the practice as soon as you take the action of just stepping onto the mat.
