Raw Chocolate

1C Cacao Powder
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
2 Tbs Cacao Butter
1/4C Agave Syrup
1/4C Maple Syrup
pinch Sea Salt
& Love :0)


1. Melt the Cacao Butter and Coconut oil together in a saucepan or in a glass bowl placed inside a larger bowl, stir until combined.
2. In a blender, place the oils, agave, maple syrup and salt and blend until slightly warm
3. Add the cacao powder and continue blending until mixed thoroughly
4. Place the mixture into moulds or small patty pans then into fridge or freezer depending on how you like your chocolate

Try adding all or any of the following (it helps your chocolate go further ;0)
- shredded coconut
- chopped nuts (hazelnuts, almonds -any really!)
- sultanas,currants, raisins
- vanilla pods
- puffed brown rice
- cacao nibs
- chilli powder
