Bloat Free Seed Bread

1& 1/2 c sunflower seeds
3/4 c sesame seeds
1/4 c flax chia
2-3 tablespoons psyllium husk
Pinch salt
2 c water
& Love :0)


Place all the ingredients into a bowl to soak for 10mins until all water is absorbed (adjust the flax to suit).
Spread on cooking paper - thicker for more like bread or thinner for cracker style.
Cook for 75mins at 160
